A few hours later, Charlie was hospitalized because he “had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication,” his rep tells Us. The troubled actor, 45, “is expected to be released tomorrow.”

Earlier reports state otherwise. Accordingly, Charlie was said to be found naked and intoxicated in a trashed NYC hotel suite. Reportedly, Charlie told police he was “out partying” and hotel security at the posh Plaza Hotel called 911 shortly after 2 a.m.

Fern Wender, who is Sheen’s attorney, revealed: “We are very happy. The commissioner denied the majority of [Richard's] motion. Charlie is thrilled with the result.”

While Denise Richards was present in the court along with her lawyer today, Charlie [Sheen] stayed away. On the show, Richards says more than once that she’s no husband stealer, claiming that she and Heather Locklear weren’t friends for months before she started dating Locklear’s estranged husband, Richie Sambora – and that the relationship started only after Locklear and Sambora split.

But a Locklear pal says otherwise.

“Heather has phone records that prove Denise was calling Richie while Heather was still married to him,” our source said. “Heather was such a good friend to Denise. She gave Denise clothes and offered her a shoulder to cry on when she and [now ex-husband] Charlie [Sheen] split up – there are even photos in the press of Heather taking Denise out after she and Charlie split. And then a few weeks later – not months – Denise starts dating Richie.

“For Denise to claim that not only did she not initiate contact with Richie but that she and Heather weren’t friends for three months before she took up with him, well, that’s just absurd and an outright lie.

“Denise also claims she’s still friends with Richie – which is not true. He doesn’t speak to her at all.”

Sambora dated Richards briefly last year.

On her show, Richards also says she has five dogs, four cats and three pigs. But an insider said, “Please – she has over 20 dogs, five cats, three pigs and several guinea pigs. Her place is like a zoo. She collects animals.”

A rep for Locklear didn’t return our detailed e-mails and calls.

Richards, via a rep, told us: “I will not respond to these tireless rumors. It’s such old news. I will say I have 10 dogs. Is there a law against having a lot of animals? My family loves animals, I live on a ranch, and I provide a great environment for them, so I am not sure why there is so much drama about how many animals I have.”

They have spent months fighting over custody arrangements for daughters Sam, three, and Lola, two, but have now resolved all matters during a six-hour mediation on October 23.

But Sheen admits he’s still bitter about the 18-month ordeal, in which he was accused of surfing the internet for porn and sharing a bed with his fiancee and his daughters.

He snipes, “I wasn’t going to say anything, but she continues to reveal what type of person and parent she is through her behavior.”

“You are an evil piece of [bleep]. I can’t wait to tell the world what a piece of [bleep] you are. You don’t get a [bleeping] dime till this is resolved,” says a third e-mail.

Richards says in her court filing that she was particularly hurt by the one about her mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatments for cancer.

Pictures of Sheen’s “erect penis” that Richards says he used for his profile on sex sites are also included, which Richards claims he e-mailed to “approximately 30 women.”

“I’d love to give it to you any time,” Sheen wrote to one woman under the screen name “mrjonze55.”

Richards says Sheen even visited gay pornography sites – “which I found even more disturbing because I felt that the boys looked underage,” the documents state.

Richards accuses Sheen of punching the headboard of their bed once in a rage, and telling her that by no longer breast-feeding, she was causing their daughter, Sam, to “become retarded.”

“He took a large wedding photo off the wall. He had it placed in our garage. He sawed the picture in half and took spray paint and sprayed ‘the dumbest day of my life,’ ” Richards claims in the documents.

A month prior to the lewd e-mails, Sheen tried to apologize. “I have been responsible for some of the worst dialogue and venom-spewing behavior in the past few weeks that I can possibly recall, ever,” he wrote. “The anger and frustration that our situation has generated is beginning to manifest itself in physical forms and cellular regression.”

But less than two weeks later, he was sending Richards e-mails such as, “You are a horrible mom. Save your phony flowers for any one of your 30 dogs.”

Sheen said through his spokesman, “I will not dignify the majority of these allegations with any measure of response. On its best day it remains laughable and inane.”

A source told Globe magazine that Playboy boss Hugh Hefner wants the actresses to team up for a spread in its January 2008 issue. Nevertheless, “Neither Pam nor Denise has committed yet, but they’re seriously considering it,” the source was quoted as saying.
