Her relationship with him is certainly tempestuous but it’s clear that Paris Hilton’s on/off boyfriend Stavros Niarchos has a very special place close to her heart - literally.
The party-girl stepped out in Beverly Hills wearing pictures of the two of them kissing in a locket around her neck.
Even more eye-catching, however, was her voluptuous chest. Now if that doesn’t get his attention, we don’t know what will.
