Lindsay Lohan wore a see-thru dress and showed her goods at Les Exclusifs de Chanel held dinner. She just can’t not show her puppies. We all know Lindsay is very proud of them and takes them out for a walk as often as possible. They look pretty good when not much of them is shown.
