Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are hoshting a post-wedding party in Los Angeles on Saturday.The couple returned home from their honeymoon a week ago and are throwing a cocktail party for friends who were not invited to the actual nuptials.

Tom Cruise’s representative Arnold Robinson stated that “The party is for friends who were not able to attend the wedding in Italy.”

44-year-old Cruise and 27-year-old Holmes were married on November 18th at a castle in Bracciano, Italy near Rome.

Since she returned from the honeymoon Katie met up with a close friend Victoria Beckham. The actress also took seven-month-old daughter Suri to the Sunset Marquis Hotel and Villas on December 4th to meet the former Spice Girl.

A friend said: “They talked about how great the wedding was.”
